Buying a new build, having an extension built, or worried about damp and mould? It's hard to know what's normal and what isn't, and nobody wants to find out too late. That's why I offer free, no-obligation advice.
I'm Dave Barnham, an independent clerk of works with almost 50 years in construction. I started out as a apprentice carpenter and I'm a member of the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate GB (MICWCI) and I will always give you an honest answer.
